Borrowers download the software from one of MorSystems’ mortgage broker client web sites and complete their loan application at their convenience, safely offline. Borroware® provides the security, flexibility and convenience borrowers want and the efficiency mortgage originators need. This software is designed for ease of use; even a first time loan applicant can fill out a perfect application for their loan officer. MorSystems serves clients throughout the United States, all benefiting from web packages that include Borroware®.
Loan Officer Interests. Borroware® software and customer data are securely branded to each individual loan originator and Brokerage Company; the client may print loan disclosures, but not the 1003 loan application, thereby providing complete broker control throughout the application process. Clients benefit from both the convenience and safety of Borroware® technology while maintaining face to face communication most clients require. The client may send their application to the loan officer via their web site, snail mail, or personally deliver a disk, thus providing a solution for every client’s comfort level.
