NEWEST: BORROWARE® LITE - 2 MINUTE APP FOR PRE-APPROVALS

November 1, 2004 Carmel, CA— Borroware® client loan application is both downloadable and online through a MorSystems website. Now another version is available to MorSystems’ clients. Borroware® Lite provides those who want a pre-approval to complete a quick application with enough information for a loan officer to pre-approve them.

Once the client is ready to complete the full application their information from the pre-approval is uploaded into the full version of Borroware®, saving them time. When Borroware® Online or Download version is complete the loan officer saves the Borroware® file, opens their LOS such as Point or Encompass and uploads the file directly into their LOS. Borroware® saves the loan officer time by creating the LOS file for them so they can focus on more important tasks like closing loans and gaining additional business.
