The quickest route to your new MorSystems website:
- Buy your domain at register.com, or godaddy.com, etc.
- You will always own your domain through that entity; they will simply point your domain to our servers for your site.
- To sign up for your website - go to our site at www.morsystems.com/websites , choose which type of site you would like, and click "Sign Up " underneath the site of your choice.
- Choose to pay your set-up fee(s) either upfront or over 12 months
- Choose if you want us to host your email (webmail) or if you want to stick with your own email (help instructions are on the right side of the screen).
- Choose which options you want on your website (if any) Example: Premium sites can include, BorrowareŽ Client loan application system, Sub-prime section, and Autorates.
- Upon completing signup you will instantly receive an email with simple instructions for the company you bought your domain name from. Those instructions tell them how to point your domain name to our servers. (Much simpler than it sounds!)
- This email will also have your login information so you can immediately begin customizing your website.
- Once your domain company updates their information your site will be live (typically within 1-3 days) with your customized information already in place!
How long does it take to see my website?
Once you have signed up online, it typically takes 2-4 days for your domain name to be pointed at our servers. Customization will take just a few minutes and then you'll have a professional, attractive, interactive website you and your clients benefit from.
Do I need to own a website address (domain name)?
Yes you do, you will always own your domain whether you stay with us or not.
Here are instructions on buying your own domain name.
Visit a domain registrar–www.register.com or www.domain.com, etc. and buy your domain. Make sure NOT to signup for any of their hosting or extra services since you would like MorSystems to do your hosting.
Try to buy www.yourbusinessname.com or if your business name is too long, try buying your business name initials. ex. Premium Mortgage Financial and Funding would be www.pmff.com.
If you already own your domain name, all you will need to do is the step below.

What can I edit on the website once it is up and running?
You have a full admin section where you can upload your logo, edit parts of your homepage, change Autorates to fit your specific programs and add your points. The loan agent page and the realtors page allows you to upload photos of your loan agents and realtors you work with, change their email address and edit their bio whenever and as often as you wish at no extra charge. Your loan agents will have their own login where they can edit their information and check their email.
Do I get email with my website?
Yes, we offer webmail you can check through your website from any computer. You can also hook up your webmail to a POP account, meaning you can still have it sent to Outlook or Outlook express if you wish. Each person added to your website (loan agents and staff) will receive an email account.
What’s the difference between the bronze, silver, and gold websites?
The bronze site is a great site for a company just starting out or that needs an online presence for the least amount of money. The silver site offers more cotent and features and the gold site offers even more. To see the differences between each type of site see http://www.morsystems.com/websites/company_sites/gold/
How will my website be found on in search engines?
You add your own keywords in your admin section of your webpage that will show up when people search for a mortgage, refinance, equity line, rates etc. in your area. We also provide you instructions of how to submit your website to search engines so you can do this as often as you wish without having to pay us.
How is Borroware® different than other applications?
The Borroware® application itself is on one screen unlike the outdated 1003 we are all familiar with. It has 8 to 12 folders depending on whether there is a co-borrower or not, and each folder has a red yellow or green light so your clients know exactly where they are in the application process at all times. Your clients can save their application and come back to it as many times as needed.
Borroware® application is branded to EACH INDIVIDUAL loan agent, once the client completes their application, it comes straight to you. The client can not print the 1003, however they can print the disclosure pages, sign them and send them back to you.
You can submit the file to a lender without the signature by simply stamping the file “computer generated original” and just have your clients sign the 1003 before closing.
Does your Borroware® client loan application system work with my LOS?
Borroware® uploads directly into Point. Borroware® also works with any system that has Fannie Mae 3.2 import function. Contour, Encompass, Byte, Genesis and most others have that ability.
How do my clients use Borroware®?
Your client will click on your picture on your loan agents page and complete the online version of Borroware®, which is branded specifically to you. They will complete their application and once they complete and submit it it is emailed to you. You then upload the file directly into your LOS!
Is Borroware® sold separately?
Not currently, but email shelly@morsystems.com and ask to be notified when Borroware® is available separately.
What does the contract hold me to?
We do not require long term contracts because we know you will be satisfied with our services. All we require is that you give us a 30 day written notice if you decide to cancel.
Do you offer lead generation systems?
We do not currently offer a lead generation system. We have not found a credible lead generation service that would bring value to our clients. In fact, the loan toolbox forum is full of names of lead generation companies to stay away from! Instead, we offer client retaining websites and relationship building Borroware®. In your community, having your referral sources direct prospects to Borroware® for you is a great way of benefiting you, your clients and your referral sources. Your subprime section contains s “credit repair” section that will obtain contact information of credit challenged prospects seeking information on repairing their credit.
